My clients is a large wholesale organisation located in Homebush West. The role
My client is looking for an experienced accounts receivable officer, to take on and drive the success of a stand-alone position reporting directly to the Finance Manager. In this role you will be responsible of accounts receivable in the areas of invoicing customers, allocations of payments reconciliations. All whilst efficiently managing financial transactions, ensuring timely reconciliations, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
About you
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar accounts receivable role
- Previous experience with invoicing and billing customers
- Confident in collections of overdue accounts via phone and email
- Confident in Daily allocations of cheques and cash banking
- Effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders within the business
