The opportunity
As an Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients – building strong relationships, providing updates and feedback and identifying solutions. You will be managing case files from start to finish – including following up and coordinating payments and recovering debts.
Selection criteria:
- Proven experience in a customer service / sales role and environment
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and liaison experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate – MS Office Suite
- Solutions focused approach with demonstrated initiative
