Immediately available Customer Service opportunity located in the CBD. Join this stable , supportive team that will offer training and encouragement to ensure you can provide exceptional service. Initial training is on site with team then it will move to more flexible 3 days in office/2 days from home model with great hours of 8-4 or 9-5. Use your strong communication and organisational skills to handle calls through to resolution and watch your career grow and develop through this interesting and unique business.
The role:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from variety of stakeholders from business to consumer
- Build a strong and sustainable relationship with customers
- Identify customer needs and assist accordingly
- KPI focused to ensure you feel your are performing at your best
- Other duties as directed by the internal supervisor
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Confident personality
- Clear and strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent phone manner and professionally presented
- Previous call centre experience required
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Strong ability to multitask
- Reliable and thorough
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic setting.
