Growing our own – Graduate Program 

P2p’s graduate program is designed to teach graduates about the recruitment industry by learning from experienced p2p consultants. Covering the art of candidate sourcing, communicating with key clients and stakeholders and how to run a lucrative and successful desk are all part of the program.

From the program's initiation, some of the most successful consultants within p2p have risen through the ranks and progressed to Managers and even Directors of the company.
