Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO); is the “Value beyond the software” processing of any administrative, repetitive, non-income generating activity or task that can be fully or partially outsourced to a recruitment specialist.

This can either take place on your premises on a full time, part time or per project basis and peak times, or we can be “invisible” servicing your needs from our offices. Overall, it’s about adding value to your talent acquisition and provides a positive and consistent experience for both the candidate and employer. It can be one task or multiple tasks, depending on whether you need a little help or a lot more.
