Function based unbundled RPO

In this model, we provide support for a specific part of the recruitment or HR process and manage it for you. This kind of support typically offered as a remote service, but we can provide an onsite resource where required. This support is priced on activity, i.e. per phone screen, giving you the flexibility to outsource the specific support you need, without being locked into a contract.

Complete RPO

This is where we support your long-term support recruitment needs by becoming an onsite or remote extension of your HR team. This model offers you a long-term contract where a scope of work is agreed for a set price.

On-demand flexible RPO

This is a flexible model where you can engage us for project based work. There is no lengthy contract, we simply support you for the duration of the project. This support can be delivered either on an activity or headcount based priced, where we agree a monthly fixed cost to cover your needs.
