people2people, 2019 RI Growth Company of the Year

Remi Marcelin • April 14, 2019

In 2018, people2people attended the Recruitment International Awards and in the company of 300 recruiters and 100 recruitment companies, was awarded International Growth Company of 2018 and The Best Recruitment Company For Candidate Experience. So in 2019, the pressure was on.

people2people were finalists in not two, but four categories:

  • Recruitment International Growth Company of the Year
  • Business Leader of the Year
  • Back Office Support Team of the Year
  • The Diversity & Inclusion Champion

We are very proud to announce that people2people is the 2019 Growth Company of the Year ! There is a large group of people who contributed to this achievement: all levels of people2people ‘people’, both on the front line and in the engine room of shared services, our valued clients, trusting us with the recruitment of their teams and businesses and of course, our valued candidates, trusting us with their career and job searches. people2people would not be enjoying this ongoing success without each and every one of you. A core value at people2people is teamwork and because of this, for the 3rd time in 4 years, we have been rewarded again.

Back in 2005, Mark Smith, Manda Milling and Simon Gressier threw open the doors, convinced that there was a need for more personalised recruitment services. In 2019, we couldn’t agree more! We are all looking forward to 2020!
