Interview: How to Make a Great Lasting Impression

Damian Musci • June 5, 2016

Interviews can be an unnerving experience, even for the most confident of people. However this is your best chance to make a great lasting impression on your interviewer and secure yourself a new role.

Here are some key tips to keep in mind to ensure that you stay as calm as possible and put your best foot forward:

  • Be prepared, know what it is you are looking for and what interests you.
  • When interviewing about a particular role, make sure you’ve done your research. The more you prep, the more confident you will be.
  • Always aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early, nothing will stress you out more than worrying about being late! This will also give you a chance to clear your mind and relax before the interview starts.
  • And finally, always remember that the interviews are people Too! We understand that you can get nervous, and we understand interviews can feel very stressful. So just relax and walk in with a smile and let us help to make the process as easy as possible. Good luck!
