Rachel joined the people2people Education team in 2023, as a Recruitment Consultant. Prior to coming on board with people2people, Rachel worked as an early childhood teacher in preschools and childcare centres for over 10 years. Rachel would also take on the role as centre director giving her an unique insight into all elements and aspects of the early childhood industry.
