Before moving into recruitment, Cooper built a career in sales and operations, giving him an insight into what makes a high-performing team. His experience across different industries allows him to understand the challenges businesses face and how to match them with the right talent.

Outside of work, Cooper is also the Head Coach of Caulfield Grammarians' Under 19s in the VAFA Premier Division. His passion for leadership, mentoring, and development carries over from the workplace to the footy field, where he helps young athletes grow and succeed.
