Thomas joined the people2people Melbourne team in 2022, assisting with temporary and contract recruitment primarily in the legal sector. Prior to this, he worked for over ten years in customer service and management positions, which included ample experience in events management, hiring, and running the L&D department of a large business. It was through these experiences that Tom discovered his passion for recruitment. On top of this, Thomas also completed an Honours degree in philosophy, for which he wrote an award-winning thesis and graduated with First-Class Honours.
