Simi joined Frog Recruitment in 2022 as a 360 recruitment consultant for our Auckland team. With her Bachelor of Commerce completed, Simi commenced her career as a fashion designer before diversifying into working in financial institutions as a sales consultant. Simi’s previous business experience and natural curiosity meant she was instinctively drawn into recruiting for her previous employers. She quickly realised she loved the recruitment process and outcomes and made the decision to pursue a career in recruitment. Simi’s positive attitude, dedication to exceptional customer service and excellent problem-solving skills mean she’s a natural in this business. She understands the pressures that go with finding the right person for the job and is determined to exceed her candidates’ and clients’ expectations.
