Caroline joined the Frog Wellington office (formerly Capital Recruitment) in May 2013. She recruits for contract and permanent roles in Public Policy (strategic and operational policy), and a wide range of government sector advisor roles across the Project/Programme space (including PMs, BAs, and Coordinators). Caroline has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment from the UK, Australia and New Zealand and during this time she has recruited for contract and permanent roles for a broad range of clients across the public and private sectors. Caroline takes pride in delivering to her clients’ needs whilst providing a high level of customer service to candidates and hiring managers alike. Caroline is PRINCE2 Foundation certified and has a BA (Hons) degree in French from the University of Portsmouth.
