The most challenging part of my role is finding the right person for the job – not just skills, but, more importantly, the culture fit and personality of the candidate that would best suit the client.
What’s your most valuable interview tip?
I think it is very important to structure your answers and make sure, when you are finished answering the question, that you have actually answered the interviewer's question and not gone on a tangent.
What do you think makes people2people different?

What’s your favourite spot in Sydney?
