Every candidate we meet has their interview structured around competency based interviewing techniques, based on your behavioural requirements for the role.

skill & psych testing

Skills testing is conducted through the people2people assessment centre and we use and recommend Kenexa Assessments. We can test MS Office programs, accounts payable and receivable and data entry speeds.

In addition we have a variety of psychometric tests available. people2people operates in partnership with Previsor for our graduate recruitment programs and Kenexa for our generic recruitment.
