interview preparation

It's a fact that the best person does not always get the job. In most cases the person who is successful is the one who performs best at interview.

The interviewer is not only assessing whether you can do the job, but will also expect you to fit into the team. To win the 'interview game' you need to fulfil the interviewer’s expectations. You are expected to 'sell yourself', build rapport, reveal attitudes, opinions and talk freely. Above all, you must demonstrate the benefit and relevance of your skills and experience to prospective employers. Set your own agenda, you may also have to compensate for an inadequate or inexperienced interviewer.

some points to consider
