Mark Smith Commencing his career with Deloitte in the late 1980âs, Mark is a qualified Accountant. In 1994, he decided to make a career switch to the recruitment industry. During his early recruitment career with two listed recruitment entities, Mark recruited and managed teams in both temporary and permanent disciplines, in the Sydney, Brisbane and London markets. In February 2005, Mark established people2people with Manda Milling and Simon Gressier.

Manda Milling Manda began her accounting career in 1988 with Carpenter Owens (now Pitcher Partners) completing her B. Bus (Accounting and Business Law). In 1994, Manda joined the recruitment industry, and for 10 years recruited permanent accounting staff and managed the accounting recruitment team and for the past 5 years, was responsible for the Business Support discipline. Manda is now focused on working with and developing the onsiite brand. Working with her fellow Directors since 1994, Manda is a joint founder of people2people.

Simon Gressier Graduating from Macquarie University in 1986 with a BA, Llb. Simon has successfully undertaken postgraduate studies in finance. He spent eight years with the CBA in their financial markets. In 1994 Simon joined the recruitment industry and has specialised in the recruitment of permanent accounting personnel throughout Sydney. In 2005, he jointly established people2people with his co-directors.

Kirsten Garrett Kirsten, having enjoyed a ten year working relationship with the Directors of people2people, joined on people2peopleâs inception in February 2005. Kirsten has continued her specialisation in the permanent accounting market. Amongst her list of personal achievements Kirsten includes her Award for Most Successful Permanent Consultant for 2002, 2003, 2006 and 2007.

suzanne mackenzie Suzanne started her accounting career with Deloitte attaining her chartered accounting qualifications and progressed through to Senior Account Director. After eleven years working in audit for Deloitte she worked in the United Kingdom, consulting to a number of major multi national organisations in finance, accounting and budgeting. Joining people2people in 2005, Suzanne is enjoying the flexibility of her accounting role and working commitments whilst juggling the demands of a young family.

catherine rowe Catherine commenced her career in the healthcare sector managing the North Shore Division of a 3 million dollar dental practice. After completing HR studies with the AHRI she joined people2people in 2006, specialising in permanent recruitment within the business support division. Catherineâs reputation has been built recruiting roles in Administration, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Customer Service. Catherineâs strong client service was recognised in 2009 when she was awarded the people2people outstanding client service award.

angela morris Angela commenced her career in the property industry in Canberra progressing to Senior Property Manger supervising a team of 5 and managing a portfolio of 250 properties, both residential and commercial. After 5 years within the sector Angela decided to move to Sydney where she took a career change and worked with Qantas as a flight attendant for the next five years. In 2006 Angela joined people2people in the Business Support team as a permanent consultant. In 2009 Angela was promoted to manage the temporary team.

shannon barlow Shannon graduated from Otago University, NZ with a BA (Hons) in Psychology in 2002, including a year's study at the University of Oregon, USA.
